“There is a place for you in this world —
a place where your tears are holy,
your intuition is trusted,
and your depth is no longer misunderstood as disorder.”
— Michelle Cortez
To the woman who cries at sunsets…
To the woman who knows when something is wrong
before anyone admits it.
To the one who overthinks because she over-feels —
not because she’s insecure,
but because she senses what no one else can put into words.
This is for you.
Because you’ve spent too long wondering if there’s something wrong with your heart.
Too many nights trying to explain your energy to people who never learned how to honor their own.
Too many years walking through a world that speaks in logic
when your native tongue has always been emotion, intuition, energy, soul.
And maybe — just maybe —
you’ve started to believe the world’s story about you:
That you’re too much.
That you’re unstable.
That you’re too dramatic, too sensitive
That you should be more like them.
But what if they’re not your mirror?
What if you were never meant to be like them at all?
You Are Not Alone (Even If You’ve Felt That Way for a Long Time)
You’ve always been the one who picks up the unspoken.
The one who notices the micro-expression.
The one who needs space after a conversation
because your energy field is still processing what wasn’t said.
You’ve likely been the peacemaker. The healer. The feeler. The one who holds.
But who holds you?
This is the ache I’ve lived, too.
And this is why I’m writing to you.
Because you are not the only one.
Because your sensitivity is not a flaw.
Because your empathy is not weakness.
Because your gifts are not too late to reclaim.
This Letter Is a Mirror
You came to this earth not just to survive —
but to remember yourself.
You came to alchemize the pain you’ve inherited.
To soften the sharp edges of the world.
To reconnect what was separated.
But not at the cost of yourself.
Your gift is real.
But you were never meant to bleed for it.
I remember being called “Sensitive Rosie” —
like it was something to mock.
As if feeling deeply was some sort of defect.
As if softness was a problem that needed fixing.
And for a while, I believed them.
I tried to be less reactive, less emotional, less me.
But what I didn’t know then was this:
The parts they laughed at were the parts that made me sacred.
Now I wear that name differently.
Because sensitivity is not something I overcame —
It’s something I reclaimed.
What parts of you have you hidden, diluted, or quieted to be more digestible to people who never deserved your full presence?
Let the truth come out now.
Not for them — but for you.
You Found This for a Reason
You didn’t stumble onto these words by accident.
They came to you on the wind of remembrance.
This is not a blog.
It’s a portal.
And if your heart is still with me, then you’ve already entered it.
There is a space for you —
a path where your energy is not only understood,
but respected.
Where your spiritual gifts are not pathologized,
but welcomed.
Where you don’t have to pretend, tone it down, or explain yourself again.
I’ve made this space.
Step into the journey that was always yours
No pressure.
No performance.
Just permission.
You are allowed to feel everything —
and still belong.
